How does getting started with Ordentino work?
You register your business, create or import your menu, define your ordering and payment options and go live right after the short business confirmation.
Do I need new hardware?
No. Ordentino runs directly in the browser on common smartphones, tablets and laptops. No additional hardware is required to get started.
Does Ordentino replace a POS system?
No. Ordentino adds a restaurant website, direct orders, QR codes and digital workflows for kitchen, service and delivery to your business. You keep using your POS system as before.
Which apps are included?
Ordentino comes with four team apps: Manage (administration), Kitchen, Waiter (table service) and Delivery. They all run directly in the browser, with no installation.
Can I reuse my existing menu?
Yes. You can create your menu from scratch or import it from existing delivery platforms, PDF files or photos. That saves you from typing everything manually.
What does business confirmation mean?
Before you go live, we briefly check whether you are authorized to set up the business. This protects against misuse and fake listings without making the launch unnecessarily difficult.
How do payments work with Ordentino?
Online payments can be activated via a connected payment provider. Alternatively, guests can also pay on site. This lets you decide which payment options fit your business best.
Are there per-order costs?
Ordentino charges €0 commission per order. You only pay the fixed monthly price. If online payment is enabled, fees from the external payment provider may apply; these are independent of Ordentino.
Does Ordentino support QR codes for tables?
Yes. Guests scan the QR code at the table, see the digital menu and order directly without waiting for menus or staff. The order lands straight in your business.
Is a multilingual menu possible?
Yes. Ordentino is designed for multilingual use. Guests choose their preferred language and see the menu and content accordingly.
Can I use Ordentino alongside existing delivery platforms?
Yes. Many businesses use Ordentino in parallel with existing delivery platforms to build more direct orders and become gradually less dependent on marketplace business.
Do I need my own domain?
No. You start right away with your Ordentino address. On request, we connect your ordering page under your own domain – for example order.your-restaurant.com.
Can Ordentino be integrated into my existing website?
Yes. If your business already has its own website, Ordentino can be integrated directly under your own domain, for example as a subdomain like order.caffebella.de.
Can I change my plan later?
A plan change is possible if additional plans are offered or individually agreed.
